It does what it's supposed to...very well The Palm T|X fits perfectly. Outstanding protection for my PDA. If I had to complain about something, it helps to remove PDA from case when receiving weak wireless or Bluetooth signal. Certain headphone plugs (particularly plugs with a 90 degree turn or excessive moulding) may not be inserted securely. These really aren't complaints, just points that someone may consider when purchasing, as they haven't kept me from business as usual. –A. Canawayfrom Amazon.com

Tungsten T5 Case I wasn't real happy with the way the extra cards fit in the case. The metal strips are facing out and can get scratched or damaged. This is a replacement for another case and this one opens like a book and doesn't fold up very well. Kind of awkward to hold when open. Otherwise well-made. Serves a purpose. –V. Good Quality Case This hard case for the T|X is pretty good. It has endured several falls causing some dings and dents. There are only a few problems. The metal on the top cutout areas tend to bend easily. Also the clip sometimes doesn't quite fit snugly causing the cover to be loose (it can easily be fixed by applying pressure to the metal tab with your hand).
